  1. Prudent Insurance Brokers Private Limited (PIBL) is a composite registered broker with the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India and does not underwrite the risk or act as an insurer.
  2. Prudent Plus (https://www.prudentplus.in) is an extended service application designed, developed, and owned by PIBL. This application comprises of services for the group policy holders on employee benefits chosen by the organization/employer.
  3. This application is a processor of the permitted information for updating group policy holders’ profile, family details, nominations, selection of self and family floating coverages with base or increased sum insured, add-ons, claim services and other customized program as per ones organizational/employer’s selection. PIBL doesn’t collect any charges for servicing the policy related matters. This application shall be used for the intended purpose only and Prudent shall not be liable for any misuse or use of the portal apart from its intended purpose.
  4. Add-ons, if any, shall be considered as added benefits that one can buy with their group plans. By adding add-ons to the base plan, one can avail extra benefits with a slightly higher premium. Opting for such additional benefit is on a voluntary basis.
  5. All claims under the policy will be solely decided on by the insurance company. Every insurance policy has limits and exclusions. It is the responsibility of each individual and company to be knowledgeable and aware of the wordings and coverage of their insurance policy.
  6. For more details on benefits, exclusions, limitations, terms, and conditions, please read the sales brochure/policy wording carefully before concluding a sale of the opted insurance companies.
  7. You are fully aware that, in accordance with applicable laws, we do not require your authorization to collect and use your personal information in the following circumstances:
    • As necessary for entering into and fulfilling the contract between you and us.
    • As related to our compliance with our obligations under laws and regulations.
    • To process, within reasonable limits, personal information that has been disclosed by you at your own discretion, or other personal information that has been lawfully disclosed.
    • Other circumstances stipulated by any applicable laws and regulations.
  8. Tax benefits (if any) under any applicable on the group plans are subject to conditions under Sec. 80C, 80D and Sec 10(10D) of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Service tax and applicable cess, GST etc. rates will be charged extra as per prevailing rates. Tax laws are subject to amendments from time to time. For more details,you may consult your own tax consultant.
  9. Once you register on this application, it means that you acknowledge that you fully and clearly understand the usage of the application, as well as your rights. By using or continuing to use this application, you consent to our processing of your information in strict accordance with the applicable laws & Privacy Notice.
  10. While creating an account, you agree with PIBL’s Privacy policy and provide your consent to share your data with us, which includes your name, email address, mobile number, dependent(s) & family details. The details shared by you shall be used to obtain your feedback and opinion on various engagements where you would have participated. We may also reach out to you to provide you with information on any future events, newsletters, research, and findings, amongst others. We may share your details with any third parties like event managers or wellness program managers which you have shown interest in or have opted to participate in. The responsibility of protecting your data shall be of such third parties and Prudent shall not have any liability in this regard. We will at no point sell your data for commercial benefit.
  11. All information provided herein is sourced either from the insurer or the third-party administrator (TPA) or updated by the user directly. Prudent Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. does not make any warranties with respect to the accuracy of the information and accepts no liability for any loss arising out of use of information provided herein. The information from the TPA or insurer will supersede any information contained herein.
